Mature movers are a dance-based class for people aged 50+ and who want to stay fit and healthy for another half a century!
The class is made up of low impact aerobic routines such as salsa and grapevine; there are no chair-based exercises.
The classes benefit participants physically, mentally and socially. No matter what range of movement participants have or their level of fitness, the class content is adapted to suit individual needs and provide enjoyment. Music and movement combinations stimulate the mind as well as the body being kept active throughout the session.
Classes take place at various venues across the town and are a great way to stay fit and healthy, meet new people and have fun!
