Live Life the Wolves Way is an exercise and lifestyle initiative designed for children aged 7-11 years who are over a healthy weight.

The community programme is designed to provide children and their families with support and further education around nutrition, healthy eating and physical activity. There is also an emotional element, which helps build confidence, self-discipline, and self-esteem.

Using the power of the Rugby Club, the programme consists of lots of fun and games, discussions and exercise activities to improve health levels, build confidence, self esteem and impart knowledge of good diet and nutrition. Parents and carers are encouraged to attend the sessions with their child in order to support development and reinforce a lifestyle change in the home for the whole family
